Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a non-invasive medical imaging technique used to produce detailed images of the organs, tissues, and structures inside the body. Unlike X-rays or CT scans, MRI uses strong magnetic fields and radio waves to generate images without the use of ionizing radiation, making it a safer alternative for various applications.
Product Advantage:
High Resolution and Accuracy: Medical CT devices are capable of capturing detailed internal structures of the human body with high resolution, aiding doctors in accurately diagnosing the location, nature, and extent of lesions. This precision is crucial for the early detection and treatment of conditions such as cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and neurological disorders.
Non-Invasive Examination: CT scanning is a non-invasive diagnostic tool that does not require surgery or tissue incision. Patients simply lie on the scanning table for the examination, reducing pain and psychological stress, while also minimizing the risks associated with surgery.
Rapid Imaging and Real-Time Diagnosis: Modern CT devices can complete scans in a short period and generate high-quality imaging data. Doctors can obtain results within minutes, enabling quick diagnosis and treatment decisions, particularly in emergency medicine, where speed is critical.
Versatility and Wide Applicability: Medical CT can be used for imaging various parts of the body, including the head, chest, abdomen, and bones. It is not only suitable for diagnosing a wide range of diseases but also for preoperative assessment, intraoperative navigation, and postoperative follow-up, greatly expanding its medical applications.
Prospects:
Technological Innovation and Intelligent Development: With the advancement of artificial intelligence, big data, and deep learning technologies, future CT devices will become more intelligent. The application of automated image analysis and intelligent diagnostic support systems will enhance diagnostic accuracy and efficiency, reducing the risks of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
Efficient Low-Dose Imaging: With continuous research and development by medical device manufacturers, the next generation of CT devices will focus on reducing radiation doses while maintaining or improving image quality. This will help protect patients from unnecessary radiation risks, enhance the safety of CT examinations, and expand their clinical applications.
Precision Medicine and Personalized Treatment: Future CT technology will be more closely integrated with precision medicine, aiding in the development of more personalized treatment plans through in-depth analysis of individualized imaging data. This will improve treatment outcomes, reduce unnecessary side effects, and drive advancements in the medical field.
Global Market Expansion: With the increasing demand for healthcare, especially in emerging market countries, the demand for medical CT products will continue to grow. Coupled with the spread of medical resources and policy support, the CT market will have vast development potential in the future.
Product Uses:
Emergency Medicine: In emergency rooms, CT scans are the preferred tool for assessing trauma, brain hemorrhage, abdominal pain, and other acute conditions. The rapid imaging capabilities of CT can provide doctors with critical information in the shortest possible time, aiding in timely diagnosis and treatment decisions.
Oncology: CT scanning is widely used in the detection, staging, and evaluation of treatment effectiveness for tumors. It can accurately determine the size, location, and spread of tumors, providing essential data for the development of personalized treatment plans.
Cardiovascular Diseases: CT coronary angiography (CTA) non-invasively evaluates the health of coronary arteries, helping in the detection and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. CT is also used to assess damage after a heart attack and to determine whether interventional treatment is needed.
Neurological Disorders: CT scans can quickly identify brain conditions such as hemorrhage, stroke, and skull fractures. For patients with stroke or head trauma, CT scanning is the standard tool for urgent evaluation.
Pulmonary Diseases: Low-dose CT scanning is increasingly important in lung cancer screening, especially in high-risk populations. It can detect small nodules or lesions in the lungs at an early stage, enabling early intervention and improving survival rates.
Product Operate Guide:
The operation of the machine is not done once and for all, and it is necessary to pay special attention to the state of the machine during each packaging process. In order to effectively manage and maintain the packaging machine and control the product quality, in addition to regular maintenance, the auxiliary personnel and feeding personnel of the equipment also need to follow the following operating procedures.
Auxiliary personnel
Turn on the power switch
Check whether the air pressure is sufficient (must reach 0.6Mpa)
Click the host to start, and check whether each action is working properly
Check and clean up each box room
Put the bag, load the material, put the material box
Click the host to start
The product that is packaged in vacuum for the first time should be checked whether the seal is firm, whether the suction is tight and through the water check(Must check vacuum chamber 1-10)
During the production process, check the product sealing and pumping conditions continuously
Every 2 hours after the machine runs, must be the top cover of the machine, bag clip, and funnel mouth, carried out with an air gun clean
The bag or material dropped on the machine, should be hooked out with a hook, do not take it by hand
MRI operates on the principles of nuclear magnetic resonance. The process begins with the patient being placed inside a large, cylindrical magnet. The magnetic field aligns the hydrogen atoms in the body. Then, short bursts of radio waves are sent into the body, causing these atoms to temporarily realign. When the radio waves are turned off, the atoms return to their original alignment, releasing energy in the process. This energy is detected by the MRI scanner and used to create detailed cross-sectional images of the body.
